Here is my situation. I have a really good fantasy team all around but am in trouble with my number two wideout position. Starting line up right now is QB- Phillip Rivers RB- Ray Rice, Frank Gore WR- Mike Wallace, Not Sure TE- Jermichael Finley WR/RB- Beanie Wells K-Nick Folk DEF- PHI………on my bench i have Chad OCHO, Jordy Nelson, A.J. green, Lance Moore…….not sure who for that number two spot…..i feel like jordy nelson is going to be a main target of Rodgers this year…any help would be greatly appreciated
That is a solid squad. For the long term I like the potential of A.J. Green. The Packers spread the ball around too much and I wouldn’t start Ocho until he gets the offense down and contributes. Jordy Nelson is a flex play at best but not a number 2.
Im in a bit of a pickle here. I dont know which defense I should start. I have the Bears Defense against the Saints in New Orleans and I just picked up Washingtons Defense this week going up against Arizona. Which Defense should I start?
I would start the Bears defense. The Arizona defense had trouble stopping a rookie QB last week and the Redskins have a very capable offense.
what about Joe Flacco or Josh Freeman? In my league, you can only start 1 QB and theyre both on my team. Who should I start?
Flacco. The Titans defense is an easier matchup. The Vikings offense may be struggling but the defense is still solid.
Should i trade Frank Gore for Vincent Jackson? My line up is Brees, Steve Smith, B. Marshal, Dwayne Bowe, Adrian peterson, Vernon Davis and Ben Tate… or should i leave my team alone
I would keep Vincent Jackson. He had a monster game last week and has tremendous upside. If anything you could look to package Steve Smith for a stud running back while his value is so high.
i picked up Manning and now have Hasslebeck and Grossman from waivers. Just was proposed a trade to give up Kenny britt, Sproles, and Hasslebeck for Stafford. should i do it? my RB’s are Forte and Chris Johnson and WRs i have are Britt, Plaxico, and Anquan Bolden??HELPPP should i accept the trade to fix my QB dilemma or take my chances w Hasslebeck and Grossman.
You need Britt. Plaxico is not reliable. You are given up too much for Stafford. Your team would be incredibly weak at WR. I would keep him.
I was proposed a trade today, LeSean McCoy for Steve Johnson and Beanie Wells. My RB are McCoy, Woodhead, Tate, Ryan Grant, and Moreno. WR are Wayne, Roddy White, Harvin, Knox and David Nelson. Should i take the trade?? PPR league. Please help.
I would not make that trade because you are already solid at the wide receiver position. You really are not improving your running back position because you are losing a top 4 back for a lessor one.
In a PPR league do i trade Blount for Dez Bryant?? my other backs r CJ and Felix, wr’s santonio and julio jones
I would make that deal. Dez has a lot of upside potential.

I would take Reggie Wayne, Stewart, and the 4th round pick for Hakeem Nicks. You are getting a ton of long term value.
SO here’s my situation, I have fitz, mccoy, mendenhall, VJax, Welker, Fred Davis, Bears D, and Hanson- pk in my line up and on the bench, m ryan, j best, j maclin, t smith, a green, a hernandez. Im offered a trade Maclin for Blount.. SHould i take it? He’s also offering b Wells INSTEAD of blount, not with him. Any help would be awesome. My fear is that Mendenhall is having more issues than just a slow start and I need another good back to take his place.

I am currently considering starting Matt Schaub when opponent has the Steelers defense, who the Texans play. Schaub has put up numbers I am consistently happy with, but a bad day could turn into a blood bath for my team. Were I to sit Schaub, I would have Eli Manning against the Cardinals.

That’s a tough one. Mccluster has the most upside but Boldin is the safer play even with Revis playing.

Take Pettigrew. His targets have been rising the past two weeks and short passes to him is the Lions running game.

I don’t know who I should really start this week. My main running backs are on bye this week and i have R. Mendenhall, DeAngelo Williams, and Mark Ingram. Which two would be better to start. Also with my wideouts should I put Plaxico Burress in, or Deion Branch. I already have Santonio Holmes and Miles Austin starting with Tom Brady as my QB.
That is a tough running back situation. I would go with Mendenhall and Williams. I would start Branch over Burress.

You have two better receivers than Wes and Steve? Unless you have Calvin Johnson, you should start both. Cam is the better play.

Should I start…
Larry Fitzgerald against a strong Ravens defense. Or Anquan Boldin against a weak Cardinals defense. And Kolb is struggling as well. Not to mention Boldin will be playing his former team, so I see him playing extra hard and getting targets. And Kolb is incredibly inconsistent and disappointing. I am leaning toward a starting Boldin. But wanted your thoughts.
The Cardinals may get crushed but Fitzgerald will have a better day.
WR question, Week 9:
I got Desean Jackson and Victor Cruz in and need help selecting my third.
Choices are Eric Decker, James Jones, Nate Washington And Darrius Heyward-Bay.

I think once they have done that they might rest Frank Gore. Should I try and trade Frank Gore for a top 5 receiver??? Such as Mike Wallace, Greg Jennings, Larry Fitzgerald? Or should I hope Harbough and the 49ers play to win through week 17?
No, I would hold onto Gore unless you could get Calvin Johnson. The 49ers will likely play him all of the way through Week 16. They are playing for home field advantage.
Should I start Roy Helu or Mario manningham? I know Helu had a good game last week but is he consistent enough to start this week?

I am sure you have better waiver wire options than those two. Pick up Matt Hasselbeck. I like Reggie Bush. I wish I had seen this before Thursday’s game. You can never play Decker with Tebow under center. jacksonville”s defense definitely.

Decker is going up against the Vikings who is giving up the most fantasy points to WR’s but Tebow doesnt throw that much so he’s iffy.
Then there is Robinson who is going up against the Cards who are giving up the 6th most fantasy points and has been getting targeted and touchdowns in the past 5 games hes played.

I would rather have both of those guys than Amendola. If you had any lesser players that you could drop, I would.

I would take that trade. You are getting a better QB and a very good running back. Thomas is a decent back in emergency situations.
