The Baltimore Ravens have finally landed a wide receiver. The Baltimore Ravens have acquired former Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin for a 3th and a 4th round pick in this years draft. The Cardinals will send a 5th round pick back to Baltimore. The Ravens have signed Boldin to a 4 year $28 million dollar contract. This trade is a steal for the Ravens who were able to acquire a number 1 receiver and hold onto their first and second round picks.
The Chicago Bears upgraded their roster by signing former Panthers defensive lineman Julius Peppers and running back Chester Taylor. Peppers instantly upgrades the Bears defense and should make an immediate impact. The Peppers deal is essentially a 3 year $40 million dollar deal. Taylor should push Matt Forte for carries who had a terrible 2009 season.
Broncos WR Brandon Marshall is visiting Seattle in hopes of signing an offer sheet. If Marshall does sign an offer sheet, the Broncos can match the contract or let him go in exchange for draft picks.
